With this extended schedule, we teach the Official Program (2000 hours) combined with our Complementary Program (1300 hours). The program includes part of the training to be done in the workshop, required by the LOE for this type of training, at Ford of Spain plant itself or in nearby related industries.

The Center
Ford of Spain Vocational Training Center (CFPFE)
The Foundation for Development and Innovation, FDI, organizes training activities at the Ford of Spain Vocational Training Center, CFPFE, during the before mentioned period. The CFPFE, is a private center without an economic agreement with the Ministry of Culture and Education of the Generalitat Valenciana, attached to the I.E.S. Almussafes and approved to provide Vocational Training.
The beginning of these activities took place in 1979, having, therefore, a teaching experience and a widely recognized career in the industrial field of the Valencian Community.
Most of our students start working immediately, due to the profile of the studies, the number of teaching hours taught and the high level of demand of our Center. Due to the implementation of the LOE within the current educational system, FDI, through the CFPFE, has currently established the Higher Degree in Industrial Mechatronics.
Facilities
The CFPFE has permanently updated facilities, such as automation labs, computer science rooms, CAD design rooms, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, electricity/electronics workshops, robotics and collaborative robotics cells, 3D printing and virtual reality workshops, etc.
